Wholesale Order
To place an order, please quote us your interested product including the product code/color (stone type)/ quantity. We'll send you the price quotation,the discount within 2 days. All crafitti products are handcrafted and sometimes they may not be available in stock. Therefore, we'll also send you the timeline together with the quotation. Prices will be quoted in $US.
Payment
30% deposit is required to confirm your order. Payment can be made through wire transfer and credit card through paypal (additional charge will be added due to paypal transaction fee).
Shipping
Shipping can be made via various method upon customer's requests
- Via courier agents (Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc...) take about 3-5 business day delivery
- Via EMS (Express Mail Service by Thai post) take about 5-7 business day delivery
- Via regular registered airmail take about 14-21 business day delivery
The shipping cost will be quoted according to customer's chosen method
